November, 2007 - Bill Bailey, Edifice senior project manager, has just received his LEED Professional Accreditation from the U.S. Green Building Council. LEED Professional Accreditation distinguishes building professionals with the knowledge and skills to successfully steward the LEED certification process. LEED Accredited Professionals (LEED APs) have demonstrated a thorough understanding of green building practices and principles and the LEED Rating System.
Congratulations to Mike Carlisto, Kale Baltes, Kyle Hanrahan, Heath Edmiston, and Tim Clark. These five Edifice employees also were recently awarded certification from The Green Advantage®. The Green Advantage® works in conjunction with the U.S. Green Building Council to enhance its educational goals of certification for individuals in the construction industry. A project can obtain a LEED Innovation Credit by having a sufficient percentage of contractor/subcontractor building force being Green Advantage certified at the time of construction.
