Lowe's Motor Speedway 7th Floor Executive Suite Addition wins an Eagle

 November 15, 2007 - Edifice, Inc. was awarded the 2007 Eagle Award for Excellence in Construction from the Associated Builders and Contractors of the Carolinas (ABCC) for the 7th Floor Executive Suite Addition at Lowe's Motor Speedway in Concord, North Carolina. Lowe's Motor Speedway contracted with Edifice for this $3.6 million expansion and addition to their existing facility. This unique project was a vertical expansion to the 7th floor of the 1988-built Smith Tower. Design by ai Design, the project converted an existing roof top space into a high-end Class A Executive Suite.
The project was awarded an Eagle based on the project team's commitment to quality, innovation, and the team's ability to complete the construction while creating absolutely no disruption to the speedway's daily operations.
