EDIFICE AMONG TOP 50 IN SOUTHEAST – TOP 5 IN CHARLOTTE REGION

Recent rankings in two major publications confirm Edifice in top ranking spots relating to local revenue. Southeast Construction Magazine placed Edifice 46th in the Southeast, while the Charlotte Business Journal has listed the company 5th in the Charlotte area. Both publication rankings are based on 2009 revenue complied from their individual coverage areas.
Southeast Construction Magazine provided the information in an online preview of their informative issue containing its Top Contractor rankings. The preview revealed only the top 50 of its annual list rankings which will be posted in its entirety later this month. In the listing, Edifice Inc., of Charlotte, North Carolina was ranked at 46 --up from its spot at 75 last year.
Southeast Construction’s listing of general contractors and construction managers are based on all construction revenue generated by projects located in the four-state region. These numbers include billings from projects in Florida, Georgia and the Carolinas, and are based on the calendar-year of 2009.
In their April 9th issue, The Charlotte Business Journal ranked Edifice 5th in their local Top Contractors listing. This ranking is complied from a survey that encompasses 13 counties in the Charlotte metro area based on 2009 local billings and local employees.
