Francis Marion Ranger Station
The new Francis Marion Ranger Station is being constructed as a part of an IDIQ contract agreement with Edifice and ENVIRO AgScience, Inc., a small business located in Columbia, South Carolina. Project architect for the Station is Moma Architecture of Marietta, Georgia.
The new Ranger Station, managed by the US Forest Service, will serve as the only Ranger Station for the Francis Marion District. The 9,700 square foot ranger’s office will contain open office work spaces, meeting rooms and a visitor reception suitable for public access.

108th Temporary Modular Dining Facility
Edifice is currently teaming with Alutiiq (an Alaska Native Corporation) to complete the 10,000sf temporary dining facility at the 108th Air Defense Artillery Compound located at Fort Bragg, NC. Services include, but are not limited to civil, mechanical, plumbing, structural, electrical, HVAC controls and instrumentation, life safety and fire protection, security, etc. The scope also includes site work and area preparations, required utilities, construction of steel insulated structure, installation of all required plumbing, mechanical, electrical fire prevention services and kitchen equipment and furnishings.
